Administrative Duties
- **School Operations Management**:

- Assist the principal in the daily operations of the school, including scheduling, managing school facilities, and overseeing safety protocols.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth implementation of school policies and procedures.
- **Staff Supervision and Support**:

- Support and supervise teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Assist in the hiring, training, and evaluation of staff.
- Foster professional development opportunities and encourage continuous improvement.
- **Student Discipline and Welfare**:

- Address disciplinary issues, implementing appropriate measures to maintain a positive school environment.
- Work with students, parents, and staff to resolve conflicts and provide guidance on behavioral issues.
- Monitor student attendance and work to improve rates of regular attendance.

Educational Leadership
- **Curriculum and Instruction**:

- Support the principal in the development and implementation of the school curriculum.
- Assist teachers in creating effective lesson plans and integrating best teaching practices.
- Ensure the curriculum meets state and federal education standards.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Oversee student assessments and evaluations.
- Analyze assessment data to identify areas for improvement and work with teachers to address these areas.
- **Special Programs and Services**:

- Coordinate special education services and support for students with special needs.
- Oversee extracurricular activities and enrichment programs.

Community Engagement
- **Parent and Community Relations**:

- Foster strong relationships with parents and the broader community.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, school events, and policy changes.
- Organize and participate in school events and meetings with parents and community members.
- **Public Relations and Marketing**:

- Promote the school’s achievements and programs within the community.
- Help develop and distribute marketing materials to attract prospective students and families.
