Equity Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process new equity awards and distribution of online grant agreements. Manage ESOP process and calculations.
- Manage outsourced vendor relationship. Ensure vendor is administering the plans in accordance with plan rules.
- Reconcile stock purchases with vendor and Treasury.
- Work with HRIS group to ensure data accurately reflected at vendor.
- Partner with country payrolls to ensure accurate payroll deductions taken and taxes and filings submitted.
- Prepare communications which promote employee understanding and utilization of ESOP Ensure accurate and effective communications of plans through Plan Documents.
- Ensure proper taxation is applied to all equity and ESOP transactions.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures, including compliance/governance related matters.
- Perform equity and payroll process controls and participate in walkthrough and control testing.
- Prepare schedules for external audits and various other regulatory audits. Respond to inquiries from current, former, and potential employees about equity compensation.
**Key Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5 years of stock administration experience public company experience required Experience with Employee Stock Purchase Plan preferable
- Ability to manage highly confidential information with professionalism and unquestionable integrity
- Impeccable, uncompromising, and unflappable attention to detail
- Exceptional Excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to effectively communicate complex stock plan matters to employees at all levels Strong analytical and organizational skills
