Job Description:
As a Trademark Executive / Paralegal, you work alongside lawyers, fulfilling many support duties by providing paralegal assistance.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Preparing trademark related documentation for filing at MyIPO.
- Performing trademark searches and preparing reports.
- Monitoring deadlines.
- Maintaining and keeping file records.
- Liaising with trademark offices / registries including MyIPO.

Job Requirements:

- Working experience in the field of intellectual property, in particular trademark is preferable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Detailed oriented with ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
