Boilerman Maintenance

Boiler operators maintain heating systems such as low-pressure boilers, high-pressure boilers and power boilers. They work mostly in large buildings like power plants or boiler rooms and ensure a safe and environmentally friendly operation of boiler systems. Qualifications and experience required: 1.Compulsory to have Steam Boiler Grade 1 Certificate or Certificate Grade 2 issued by DOSH. 2.Familiar with boiler requirements for operations and maintenance in accordance to Occupational. 3.Safety Health Act 1994 and Factories and Machinery Act 1967 (Act 139), Regulations 1970 and Regulations 2014. 4.Familiar on steam boiler JKKP inspection and maintenance works. 5.Steam boiler operation and maintenance. 6.Basic boiler electrical and mechanical trouble-shooting skills. 7.Minimum 3 years as Boilerman Grade 1 in manufacturing industry. 8.Able to learn with growth mindset and Positive attitude. 9.Motivated, analytical, independently and able to work under minimum supervisory.

The principal business activities of Hiroyuki Industries are in the manufacturing of packing materials of industrial consumers. Hiroyuki Industries is one of largest manufactures of PP and PET strapping bands in South East Asia, employing Japan’s latest processing technology in the manufacturing of 6mm crystal PP strapping band.
