We are searching for a skilled counselor to help provide direction and support to employees. Your duties will also include listening to employees, asking necessary questions, and developing effective strategies to improve their lives.

**Counselor Responsibilities**:

- Assessing patients through detailed conversations, interviews, and observations to determine the appropriate testing or examination.
- Diagnosing the employee mental and emotional disorders.
- Educating employees about appropriate coping mechanisms to help them through tough situations.
- Recording the progress

**Counselor Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or counseling.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude to empathize with employee and help them open up.
- Good time management skills.
- Proven experience in developing effective treatment plans.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
