Issue Invoices, Delivery orders, & vouchers, etc.
- Assist in managing the day-to-day retail operations and provide general
administration support to the retail team.
- Prepare Aging Report & Daily Sales Report for account department.
- Good command of Bahasa Melayu and English is a must;
- Standard knowledge of computers is required for sure;
- Advanced knowledge of computers, accounting software (Quickbooks), Word, Excel.
- Receive calls from customers and arrange delivery schedule with drivers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time
