**Job Overview**:
The Training Manager in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is responsible for developing, overseeing, and continually improving training programs for all staff within the F&B operations. This role includes the creation of training materials, conducting educational workshops, assessing the effectiveness of training sessions, and ensuring all staff meet the necessary skill requirements and maintain compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards. The Training Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing employee capabilities, satisfaction, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Program Development**: Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of the F&B industry, including customer service, food preparation, health and safety protocols, and compliance training. Ensure training materials are up-to-date with industry standards and regulations.

**Needs Assessment**: Conduct regular assessments to identify specific training needs within the organization. Work closely with management to develop training strategies that address these needs and align with the company’s objectives.

**Workshop Facilitation**: Organize and conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels. Use a variety of training methodologies to cater to different learning styles.

**Compliance Training**: Ensure all staff members are trained on the latest health and safety regulations, food handling procedures, and any other legal or regulatory requirements applicable to the F&B industry.

**Performance Monitoring**: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and by monitoring employee performance post-training. Adjust training strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.

**Staff Development**: Identify and nurture high-potential employees for leadership and specialized roles within the organization. Develop succession planning strategies to support career advancement and organizational growth.

**Budget Management**: Manage the training budget efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to deliver high-impact training programs.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with department heads and management to ensure training objectives are aligned with operational goals. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Specialization in training and development is preferred.

Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role, ideally within the F&B industry or a related field.

Comprehensive knowledge of training methods and techniques, including e-learning, workshop facilitation, and one-on-one coaching.

Excellent understanding of the F&B industry’s trends, challenges, and regulatory environment.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate employees.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

**Physical Requirements**:
Ability to move around the facility to attend to training sessions and meet with staff.

Comfortable with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate training sessions.

**Work Environment**:
The Training Manager typically works in an office environment within the F&B facility but will spend considerable time in various parts of the establishment (e.g., kitchen, dining area) conducting hands-on training sessions. The role may also involve travel between different locations if the company operates multiple outlets or requires attendance at external training events.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
