a) Membangun dan melaksanakan strategi perniagaan syarikat untuk mencapai matlamat lembaga dan pemegang saham. b) Memberi nasihat strategik kepada lembaga dan pengerusi supaya mereka mempunyai pandangan yang tepat mengenai pasaran dan masa depan syarikat. c) Menyediakan dan melaksanakan pelan perniagaan yang komprehensif untuk memudahkan pencapaian dengan merancang operasi kos efektif dan aktiviti pembangunan pasaran. d) Memastikan dasar dan garis panduan undang-undang syarikat dilaksanakan dalam keseluruhan urusan syarikat dan diikuti setiap masa. e) Berkomunikasi dan mengekalkan hubungan amanah dengan pemegang saham, rakan niaga dan pihak berkuasa. f) Mengawasi prestasi kewangan, pelaburan dan usaha perniagaan syarikat. g) Tanggungjawab delegasi dan mengawasi kerja para eksekutif serta memberikan bimbingan dan motivasi untuk memacu prestasi maksimum. h) Bertanggungjawab untuk mencipta menú baru yang diperkenalkan di restoran syarikat i) Berusaha dalam memenuhi permintaan makanan yang baru diperkenalkan berasaskan kemahiran dalam menú masakan Italy
