**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To Planning shipment in WMS and High jump system.
- Generate pick list, truck booking and follow up with transporter.
- Communicate with customer for planning hiccup.
- Update order tracking, trucking report and furnish to customer.
- To assits direct superior in day to day operational activities (MRA,POD,reporting,filling system, 5S,HSE & etc)
- To ensure all PODs are return as per agreed lead time - Based KPI set
- To co-ordinate and control all POD aspect with assignes transporter.
- To ensure all POD dowload on daily basis from SAP.
- To ensure all POD dispute to be issued MRA within 24 hours from receiving the POD
- To ensure all PODs report & outstanding are submit to FND CCD on daily basis with 100% accuracy.
- All warehouse copy and POD to be filed on a Daily basis.
- To ensure all PODs need submit to Customer in Daily basis.
- To ensure all summary need to update and submit to customer.
- Attend meeting with customer monthly.
- To ensure all POD must close by each month.
- To carry out duties as and when instructed by Superior & management.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- More than 1 years of experience in SAP/WMS systemn or any other related WMS.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and planning skills
- Proficient computer skills, specifically in Ms Excel and WMS
- Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
- Reliable and able to work independently.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
