Job Description: 1) Teach children in a classroom at an elementary school 2) Plan, evaluate, and assign lessons 3) Prepare, administer, and grade tests, listen to oral presentations, and maintain classroom discipline 4) Introduce children to mathematics, language, science, and social studies 5) Use play and hands-on teaching 6) Prepare and distribute required reports 7) Manage student behavior in the classroom by invoking approved disciplinary procedures 8) Observe and evaluate student's performance 9) Encourage creativity in students by organizing art and craft projects on a daily basis 10) Create a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere in the classroom 11) Daily cleanliness
