**Qualification**:
- Certification or equivalent qualification required.
- A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role.
- Solid experience with HVAC and electrical systems.
- Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
- Extremely organized with good communication skills. - Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving

**Responsibility**: - Assisting and pair with AO Chargeman daily operations of building and employee services, specifically focus in correcting building and facilities defects. This includes but not limit to:

- In-charge of general building, office equipment and joineries works (i.e. minor touch up painting, repair and oiling)
- Conduct regular facilities inspection for the facilities and prepare recommendation report
- Inspection to verify and fixing defects to ensure building quality and support quality audit program
- Contribute solutions/ improvement plan on building maintenance which meet client’s expectations and cost saving targets.
