Internal Audit:
To assist to perform work according to the audit plan that has been tabled and approved by Top Management, include ad-hoc audits on key risk areas.

To assist to compile audit report and report audit findings for management response and corrective action.

To assist to follow up with the audit recommendation to ensure relevant corrective actions have been implemented.

Monitor the operations cost performance by:
Reconciling hostel list to operational report, highlight if found discrepancy and follow up with correction.

Analyzing utilities cost trend and highlight to respective operation team and follow up with corrective action.

To conduct audit when necessary.

Any other related task assigned to you from time to time by your superior.

Job Requirements

Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent Professional Accounting Qualifications.

Flexibility and able to work under minimum supervision.

Can read and write Bahasa Malaysia and English.
