We are looking for an enthusiastic accounting professional to own the **Fixed Assets Accountant **role. You will take the lead to drive all aspects of Fixed Assets activities for the assigned country.
You set high goals for yourself and others, consistently trying to meet and exceed them independently by executing tasks efficiently with minimum supervision.
You integrate the customer’s perspective when setting priorities and acting.
Here are some details on key areas of responsibility:
- Review the accuracy and completeness of Fixed Asset transaction input and adequacy of documentation in the FA tool (Pega FAM)
- Assist team in Fixed Assets process improvements and policies in place
- Prepare the reports related to Fixed Asset and distribution to stakeholders
- Prepare reconciliation related to Fixed Assets
- Prepare Fixed Assets count sheets during the FA count exercise
- Handle queries and provide guidance related to Fixed Assets whenever necessary
- Assist team in preparation of the Internal Service Agreement (ISA) and Long Service Agreement (LSA) between entities
- Support intercompany billing activities
- Drive the planning & reporting activities which include coordinating with Country Business Performance Controllers on the closure if forecast tool, input of tax figures and ensuring completion of BU forecast and locking of the tool
- Support manager on any ad-hoc reports/topics
**Key qualifications and experience**:
- A minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in Fixed Assets matters
- Degree in Accounting /professional accounting qualifications/or equivalent
- Experience using SAP FI/CO module
- Experience in general accounting functions with exposure to business requirements and interfaces
- Experience working in a multi-national environment
- Advance knowledge in MS Excel
- Drive digitalization and process automation
