QA & Qc Clerk

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute QA/QC tasks to achieve the quality objectives set by the company.
- Monitor and conduct daily in-process inspection activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Take responsibility for conducting internal calibration activities to maintain accuracy and precision in quality measurements.
- Support the preparation of quality inspection plans, work instructions, and procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation of all quality control activities and maintain organized filing systems.
- Assist the Supervisor in manufacturing quality control activities as needed.
- Collect relevant data and assist in analysis for quality-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with the team in continuous improvement efforts based on data-driven insights.
- Perform clerical duties to support the quality control staff in their day-to-day activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality control processes.
- Prepare pre-shipment inspection reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in creating archives of production reference samples for whiteware and biscuit, ensuring a systematic and organized approach.
- Provide assistance to the QA & QC Head in various tasks, including data analysis, report generation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time to contribute to the overall efficiency of the quality control department.

**Requirement**:

- SPM certificate or higher
- Proficient in spoken and written English language
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in Manufacturing Sector preferred
- Computer & IT literate with adequate Microsoft Office software skills
- Good record-keeping and organizational skills

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
