We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Warehouse Administrator to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse facility. The Warehouse Administrator will play a critical role in managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of parts to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and process invoices from vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Compile Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices from local suppliers for submission to the Finance department.
- Ensure timely follow-up on backorders and maintain adequate supply of parts for all customers.
- Coordinate with dealers and branches to ensure timely parts delivery according to required dates.
- Execute ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors to support warehouse operations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating advanced skills.
- Strong paperwork management and administration abilities.
- Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Possess 1-2 years of experience in parts inventory management or a related field.
- Sound understanding of inventory control principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with SAP system and technical knowledge will be advantageous.

**Requirement Summary**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
