Front of House

As the face of the restaurant, your professionalism and courteous demeanor contribute to a positive dining experience for our customers.
- Greet guests and answer customer enquiries with a positive manner
- Serve guests to the cafe’s standards and maintain a comfortable dining environment
- ⁠Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure a highly enjoyable dining experience
- ⁠Inform the kitchen and waiting staff of any allergies, food requirements, complaints or changes to orders
- Responsible for accurately processing customer orders and payments
- Maintain stock of necessary beverages and condiments
- Ensure guests stay safe and orderly within the compound
- Clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and ensuring a tidy dining area all the time
- Deal with supplier for stock and inventory
- ⁠Train new staff members
- Enforce our cafe standards and SOPs

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM, STPM or equivalent
- Prior food service experience is an added advantage
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Adaptability to handle high-pressure situations
- ⁠Proficient in processing orders and handling cash transactions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of the cafe layout and menu offerings
- Strong organizational abilities for managing reservations and seating
- ⁠Multitasking abilities
- ⁠Highly attentive to details

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
