**Requirement & Experience**:
Educational / Professional qualifications required:
- Immediate Starter is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.

Experience required:
- Minimum 4 years working experience and a sound educational background in HRM (Full or Part Qualification) from a recognized institute.
- Conversant with all aspects of labour laws and modern HR management practices.
- A good command of English (oral / written).
- Dynamic & energetic with a positive attitude and a strong desire to grow.
- Ability to interact with associates across the organization with a strong team orientation.
- Possess good communication and organizational skills and must be able to multi-task.
- Able to work under pressure and work independently.
- Possess a valid driving license.
