Contact dlinquent regularly on overdue installment and follow up with defaulters to secure payment
- Negotiate with defaulter to regularise loan account and propose loan repayment arrangement as at when required
- Handle delinquent customers' enquiries and complaints
- To backup and assist HP counter when needed
- Handle ETCm and Dealers enquiries and complaints
- Conduct field visit to customer when assigned
- Analyse and recommend appropriate workout strategies to maximise recovery of debts
- Supervise and monitor a team of vallers on their daily calling and target given
- Good analytical skills, alert, responsible, proactive person with initiative and an eye for detail and also be able to work well under pressure
- Sound knowledge of laws realating to Hire Purchase and basic accounting knowledge
- To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
- Must be able to work extended hours when required

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 1 to 3 years of working experience in Hire Purchase
- Good commands in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Banking experience or call centre experience will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with initiative to drive results within tight deadline.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
