JOB PURPOSE
1. Resposible to assist and execute and objective set by Customer Relationship management (CRM)
2. Responsible to assist and execute the objectives set by CRM
3. Responsible to provide support to Telecommunication Solution Unit

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Assist Project Executive for all project documentations storage by organizing, safekeeping and records, by both hardcopy & softcopy
2. Ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all project deliverables & entries.
3. Keep track on all the Work Order & Invoices issued on the projects managed by Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
4. Responsible to match invoices and ensure billing to are supported with documents and proper authorizations.
5. Preparing the Bill of Quantities and their supporting documents for the invoicing purposes to the Clients.
6. Liaise with all the relevant internal & external parties for compiling all the necessary documents required by projects.
7. Assist in office management and organization procedures
8. Perform any other tasks as assigned by Head of Unit
