**Job Responsibility**
- Responsible for daily administration function and support.
- Offer support to the sales team as needed.
- Handle clerical and administrative duties within the office, purchasing, inventory checking.
- Responsible to receive and verify bills and requisitions for goods and services.
- Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
- Create and manage daily paperwork for mailing as well as invoicing.
- Prepare payment records for company expenses.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties.

**Job Requirements**
- Proven 1 year experience as an administrative clerk or administrative assistant.
- Good computer skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi task, priorities and manage time effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
