Body & Paint Foreman

Responsible for every aspect of the body and paint process
- repairs damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership specifications, using hand tools and power tools.
- Examine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs.
- Ensure that the car (QC) is maintained in good/correct condition before sending it to the Claim Advisor.
- Serve as a liaison between Claim Advisor.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Distribute work between technicians.
- Prioritize required services.
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
- Provide concierge support for all Claim Advisor inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
- Spend quality time building relationships with the team department.
- Any other responsibilities as directed by Head of Operation / Business from time to time.

Responsibility:
1) To verify and endorse services given by Body & Paint.

2) To verify and endorse all documents related to Body & Paint.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Sijil/Diploma/Degree in Automotive or experince 2-3 years on Body & Paint
- Have driving license (B2, D)

**Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**

**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
