**Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Planning**:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and stay informed about industry trends.
- **Supplier Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure favorable agreements.
- Evaluate supplier performance regularly and address issues promptly.
- **Contract Negotiation**:
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
- Review and analyze contract terms, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with legal and other relevant departments during contract negotiations.
- **Process Optimization**:
- Streamline and optimize the procurement process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices, technology, and automation to improve procurement workflows.
- **Collaboration with Stakeholders**:
- Work closely with various departments to understand their procurement needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop procurement plans and specifications.
- **Budget Management**:
- Develop and manage the procurement budget.
- Monitor and control procurement costs, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:
- Ensure procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and manage procurement-related risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:
- Generate reports and analyze procurement metrics.
- Utilize data insights to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management is advantageous.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
