Clerk Custodian

**Veterinary Custodian cum Clerk**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Cleaning:

- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Cleaning animal cage and animal litter box
- Washing, refilling and changing animal food bowl and drinking bowl
- Dusting furniture, surfaces, and equipment
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and partitions
- Disinfecting and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, and other high-traffic areas
- Taking out trash and recycling
- Cleaning carpets
- Cleaning toilets

2. Inventory and Supplies:

- Conduct inventory checks of disposable items, cleaning supplies, stationery, and common office supplies. Inform your employer about shortages.
- Replenishing supplies like toilet paper, soap dispensers, and paper towels
- Maintaining cleaning equipment and tools
- Reporting any needed repairs or replacements for cleaning supplies or building fixtures

3. Maintaining cleanliness and clinic upkeep:

- Promptly clear and clean pet waste, especially in the client waiting area and common clinic areas.
- Making sure the clinic is spotless
- Making sure no unpleasant smell especially at client area
- Ensure the clinic is clean and hygienic throughout the day.

4. Stock keeping and storage upkeep:

- Making sure all the item and stocks in storage area in good condition and keep in an orderly manner
- To assess expired products, to key in a record and inform your superiors
- Making sure all stocks easily assisble and not hidden

5. Documentation
- Recording expired items
- Keying in punch card in excel
- Documentation of invoices purchased

6. Emergency response: Inform veterinarians immediately about urgent cases.

7. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff members. Assist colleagues by running errands and providing requested items

8. Additional duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the veterinarian or clinic manager.

**Requirements**:
SPM
