Draftperson

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Assist supervisor to ensure all drawings complied with specification, requirements and standards.
- Prepare multiple versions of designs for review by Supervisor.
- Execute any or all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
- Responsible to file and keep all drawings for documentation control.
- Work under the supervision of Supervisor.

**Qualification & Requirements**
- Age 25 years old and above.
- Possess at least 2-5 years working experience & above at a Licensed Land Surveyor firm
- SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma / Degree
- Software skills: Autocad / ZWCad software & CDS/TRPS software (Preferable)
- Personal skills: individual responsibility, self - discipline and hardworking;
- Possess driving license (preferable);
- Able to work independently
- Committed & willing to work overtime.
- Experience in preparing Setting Out Plan, As-built Plan, Details and Spot Level Plan, Demarcation Plan and Pre-Comp Plan.
