**Responsibilities**:

- To review project contract documents, interior & drawings & specification & costing.
- Prepare BQ, Material sourcing & acquire quotation for comparison and analysis.
- Assist in procurement & negotiation work.
- To record & proper documentation for contract, invoice & related paperwork.
- To coordinate with project team for variation order& progress claim of sitework.
- Attend to other ad-hoc given by management.

**Job Requirements**:

- SPM or equivalent in a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)
- Good interpersonal skills and able to handle administration tasks with mínimal supervision
- Performs other related duties as assigned by superior.

**Experience**:
