Discover new leads for the New Business Team through online research, and may be targeted in its approach by focusing on certain vertical industries or product groups

Deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Discovering and qualifying leads for the New Business Sales team

Qualify, enrich and upload leads into various systems to make them available for sales representatives to make cold calls

To serve as the account manager and first point of contact to business owners, introducing them to exciting opportunities for increasing their business visibility through online marketing

Provide outstanding service and support to client's advertisers, publishers and users

Provide strategic advice and help solve issues by working closely in a consultative role with your client portfolio

Implement creative ways to improve client relationships and promote other products.

Provides feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience

Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

Preferably 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Experience with market research and sourcing leads

Experienced in digital advertising market a plus

Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Fluent in reading & speaking in English

Experience working with projects, multiple stakeholders
