**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supplier Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, service support, availability, reliability, and selection.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.

**Procurement Process**:

- Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s procurement policies and procedures.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory control team to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and forecasts to anticipate needs and prevent shortages.

**Cost Control**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and market suppliers.
- Implement cost-saving measures and track savings achieved.
- Prepare cost analysis and reports.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that purchased products meet the required quality standards.
- Address any quality issues and work with suppliers to resolve them.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, costs, and performance metrics.

**Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with other departments such as finance, production, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely payment to suppliers.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a purchasing role.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
