**Job Scope**
- Develop relationships with clients to establish new contracts.
- Review and response to all incoming tender from clients and develop strong relationships with different departments within company to ensure accomplish the tender submission within the scheduled time.
- Monitor local and federal regulation to adhere and understand contractual obligation, determine when processes violate regulations.
- Responsible for any standard or certification compliance related license issues and records.
- To act as a bridge between workers and management for any workers related matter.
- Representing members fairly and effectively in relation to matters arising within the location in which they work and which concern employment and conditions of employment.

**Qualification Required**
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working related to tender
- Proven Leadership and Management skills
- Knowledge of sales processes
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Attention to detail

**Salary**: From RM2,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Miri: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
