PROJECT MANAGER/ ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER/PROJECT ENGINEER

INTERIOR FIT OUT CONSTRUCTION

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
- Take lead on project implementation, develop a detailed project execution plan to monitor and track project site performance and oversee site works progress to ensure successful completion.
- Plan & organize construction programmes including timelines and key milestones, be responsible for controlling budget including materials & resources allocation requirements
- Monitoring daily site activities that includes co-ordination with contractors, sub-contractors, NSC, direct vendors and suppliers.
- Implements project documentation governance aligned with company and Client requirements to ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.
- To assist in identification of changes in the Conditions of Contract.
- Be flexible to work around project timelines to suit project needs. This may at time involve working outside of normal office hours as required to successfully deliver the project.
- Able to arrange and coordinate meeting with all relevant parties to resolve all the design and construction matters.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, engineering, construction management, interior design, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years in construction project management specializing in Interior Design for Commercial Office Fit-out projects
- Capable of adequately communicating well in both oral and written presentations
- Able to demonstrate strong competencies in planning and project management to lead multiple projects and resources while maintaining a focus on quality and budget.
- Fluent in Microsoft Project software to outline the detailed trades of a commercial office fit-out ID projects, preferably the incumbent from the “Main-Con” sector.
- Full-Time/ contract basis position(s) available.
