**Responsibilities**:

- Management of food hygiene practices
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Knowledge and ability to run a section
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section
- Managing and co-operating with any cook
- Following directions provided by the head chef
- Keeping your station of the kitchen safe and sanitary
- Assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required
- Stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station

Requirement:
1. Possess own transport

2. Minimum 1 year experience in CDP

3. Willing to learn on the job to tackle new responsibilities

4. Teamwork

5. Able work in Taman Melodies, Pelangi area

6. Experience in cafe will be added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
