**Responsibilities**:
- Owning, creating and maintaining campaigns and customers engagement activities across all channels
- Drive targeted traffic to our ecommerce platform through effective media planning and campaign management.
- Manage thematic campaigns and own all the merchandising initiative at scale across the platform.
- Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Product, Guided Shopping & Horizontal team to plan, develop, and execute.
- Continuously monitor competition’s daily activities or long-run trend and create initiatives to launch and introduce new and attractive promotions and mechanisms.
- Monitor campaign performance, provide campaign performance insights, evaluation and suggest key learnings to share the best practices across the team.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of website traffic and user behavior using web analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and implement traffic optimization initiatives.
- Optimize onsite elements, including landing pages, calls-to-action, navigation, and user experience, to improve conversion rates and overall site performance.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience, ideally in eCommerce or high-growth industries.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and data analytics.
- Language proficiency: English, Mandarin.
- Photoshop or Adobe skills are a huge plus.
