**REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATION**
- Minimum SRN (State Registered Nurse).
- Minimum 2-3 years(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Pleasant personality and able to work well with others
- Good in communication skills
- Self-prepared transportation
- Energectic

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

I. The services shall include but not limited to the following:

- Day-to-day operating of In-House Clinic or First Aid center.
- Provide initial assessment of njuries & illness with appropriate reporting, reference party for further evaluation.
- Render first aid treatment and dispensing medications for mild ailment cases.
- Assist in implementation of health promotion strategies including campaign and health education activities
- Assists in In-plant Doctor Session or Occupational Health Doctor Consultation
- Facilitating case management.
- Able to prepare Health Education material with Microsoft tools
- Occupational Health and Wellness Program

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,887.29 per month
