**SPA RECEPTIONIST & THERAPIST**

**LOCATION**: KLIA 1 & KLIA 2

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide a range of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and friendly setting.
- Maintain the equipment and sample inventories of items.
- Keep documentation and manage client files.
- Maintain a clean and supplied room.
- Acknowledge and respond to appropriate consumer inquiries, requirements, and expectations.
- Suggest and promote retail products and additional services.
- Maintain sanitary standards and obey health and safety rules.
- Cooperate with and report to administration on any emergent difficulties.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in the massage therapist industry is preferred.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
