**What you will do?**
- Organize and maintain updated vendor information for efficient procurement processes.
- Develop new standards for raw materials, particularly in packaging materials.
- Stay informed about industry developments and marketing trends, providing recommendations and developing marketing strategies for management consideration.
- Understand consumer and product business trends to effectively cater to customer needs.
- Lead R&D projects, including formulation, ingredient analysis, sensory evaluation, and stability studies for new and existing products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to assess trends, brand awareness, and competition.
- Manage current accounts while actively seeking to grow new accounts.
- Prepare marketing reports and deliver presentations to colleagues in the R&D department.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Food Science/ Product Research & Development/ Marketing or other related fields
- Mandarin speaking is mandatory for communication with management and clients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
