Cocktail Bar Supervisor

**Leadership**:
Provide effective leadership to the bar staff, ensuring a cohesive and motivated team.

Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, and manage work schedules.

**Mixology Expertise**:
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and presentation standards. Train and mentor staff in the art of crafting unique and high-quality cocktails.

**Inventory Management**:
Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain optimal stock levels.

Place orders for bar supplies and manage deliveries, ensuring sufficient resources for daily operations.

**Customer Service**:
Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring excellent service standards.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

**Quality Control**:
Monitor and maintain the quality of beverages, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes. Conduct regular tastings to assess and improve the bar's offerings.

**Bar Setup and Maintenance**:
Oversee the setup and cleanliness of the bar area, including equipment, glassware, and overall presentation. Implement and enforce hygiene and safety standards.

**Staff Training and Development**:
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills in customer service, mixology, and bar operations. Identify and support opportunities for professional growth within the team.

**Financial Management**:
Track and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability.

**Promotions and Marketing**:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional activities.

Develop creative and enticing drink specials to attract and retain customers.

**Salary**: RM1,788.75 - RM3,347.24 per month
