Night Auditor

**1- Guest Services**:

- Provide a warm, friendly, and efficient welcome to all guests upon arrival and during their stay.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and issuing room keys.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, both in person and over the phone.
- Offer assistance with reservations, room assignments, and other guest services.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any issues and escalating concerns to the appropriate department if necessary.

**2- Night Audit and Financial Responsibilities**:

- Perform the nightly audit of the hotel's financial transactions and records.
- Reconcile daily revenue, expenses, and room charges to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and distribute daily financial reports, including the daily revenue report, room occupancy report, and other relevant financial summaries.
- Verify and balance all credit card transactions and process end-of-day settlement.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or errors identified during the audit process.

**3- Operational Duties**:

- Monitor the hotel's front office and public areas during the night shift to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Perform routine inspections of the property to identify any maintenance or security issues.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of guest amenities, such as wake-up calls, room service orders, and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, incidents, and any maintenance or security issues encountered during the shift.
- Support other hotel departments as needed, including housekeeping and maintenance.

**4- Administrative Tasks**:

- Complete end-of-day procedures and generate necessary reports for management review.
- Update and maintain accurate records of guest accounts, reservations, and billing information.
- Prepare and distribute shift handover notes and communicate important information to the incoming shift.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Send E-mail and prepare Hard Copy for the Room Statistic Report to F.O.M
- Must have complete knowledge of emergency procedures.
- Any other duties which assign by F.O.M / D.M & any other duty which suitable as per management discretion.

**5- Working Conditions**:

- The Night Auditor works primarily during overnight hours and may encounter challenging situations that require problem-solving and quick decision-making.
- The role involves regular interaction with guests, requiring a professional demeanour and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
