QA Assistant

Job Description: 1. To monitor raw material, packaging material, processing and quality control in production. 2. To control all inspection activities for production. 3. To alert superior if quality problems are detected. 4. To perform any other tasks as required by superior from time to time. 5. To monitor and verified the effectiveness all cleaning activities in production. 6. Responsible for chemical, physical and sensory evaluation on finished product and raw material. 7. Perform on line checking of in process product quality prior packing. 8. Monitor calibration status of equipment in production. 9. To comply with Delisauce procedures for food safety, integrity and quality. 10. Subject to other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior. Requirements: 1. Minimum Diploma Food Science / Microbiology / Biotechnology with related manufacturing experience. 2. At least 2-3 years of working experience in the QA/QC in food manufacturing. 3. Fact-oriented and process driven person. 4. Teamwork and collaboration. 5. Have good knowledge in using Microsoft office. Required Skills: GMP, HACCP, ISO22000 GFSI or BRC knowledge.
