Sewing the garments according to SOP given. - The sewing quality should follow the industry standard based/standard manufacturer. -Alters garment and joins parts, using needle and thread or sewing machine, to form finished garment. -Sews buttons and buttonholes to finish garment. -Presses garment, using hand iron or pressing machine. - Positions pattern of garment parts on fabric, and cuts fabric along outlines, using scissors. -Measures customer for size, using tape measure and records measurements. - Check all type of defects on product such as fabric, accessories, trim card, SPI, measurement, workmanship etc. - Any defect found on each operation, inform to supervisor/manager immediately. - Complete inline inspection report daily and return it to supervisor/manager for completing defect control system.
