A. Administrative / Technical 1. Welcome visitors/patients at the reception and to provide any kind of assistance. 2. Attend to inquiries at the Concierge desk and provide directions to patients on locations in the hospital. 3. Handling phone calls and queries from visitors/patients. 4. Perform Concierge cum Customer Care cum Reception Role. 5. Assist Clinical Team in managing patient’s transfer in and out from their vehicle. 6. Attend to patient with support equipment need such as wheelchair. 7. To coordinate with Customer Care and Clinical Team on patient’s admission via the ambulance. 8. Chaperon newly admitted patients and assist with their personal belongings to the respective ward. This includes assistance upon discharges from the hospital. 9. Assist in monitoring and managing cleanliness and the tidiness of the concierge desk, lobby and its surrounding area. 10. Report any security, maintenance, and housekeeping issues immediately to immediate superior and departments concerned. 11. Assist in receiving mails and distribute them whenever necessary. 12. To work with Customer Care to handle customers’ complaints and ensures that it is resolve within the standard timeframe for verbal and written complaints. 13. Provide necessary information regarding the facility’s services and doctors’ availability. 14. Assist in making appointments for Resident / Visiting Doctors in the Outpatient Clinic. 15. To work with Customer Care to coordinate with Marketing and respective department in handling all International patients’ requirements in facilitating their appointment with our doctors. 16. To work with Customer Care on the coordination and execution of the monthly Visitors’ Tours of the hospital. 17. To work with Customer Care to manage the daily operations. 18. At all times, to maintain strict confidentiality of patients' information you may become aware of during the course of your duties 19. Assist in maintaining regular and effective communication with other departments of the hospital. 20. To provide consistently excellent service to all patients and visitors (internal and external). 21. Perform all other duties / tasks as assigned by the Management. A. Facilities Management 1. Responsible to ensure adequate facilities and equipment are available that will enable to achieve job objectives. 2. Ensures department meets environment of care requirements on an ongoing basis. B. Quality Assurance Program 1. Responsible for ensuring provision of high quality performance in department 2. Develops, initiates, monitors and evaluates quality indicators related to job task. 3. Reports quality outcomes to appropriate hospital and Medical Staff committees. C. Service Delivery 1. Cultivates exemplary patient/customer service throughout organization
