Milling & Grinding Specialist

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED: 1. Responsible in design, develop and testing of manufacturing activities and related products to meet customer requirements. 2. Design new concepts, moulds & tools and modify existing equipment, jigs and fixtures and machines or processes to meet the needs of manufacturing operations. 3. Introduce new technology and design in processing, handling and manufacturing technology abreast with latest, advanced technologies available 4. Execute engineering projects to enhance yield, productivity improvement and automation of processes. 5. Conduct product/machine design review with vendor or supplier to unsure the equipment and processes capable of meeting the manufacturing requirement. 6. Initiate, develop and implement new processes and R & D activities. Qualification and Documentation of new developed products and equipment for manufacturing. 7. Develop and manage the technical and human resources such as technician and researcher to improve products quality and manufacturing process through introduction of efficient and effective methods. 8. Hold regular communication sessions with production engineers & technicians and operation supervisors, providing them with regular feedback and coaching. 9. Ensure clear and concise data entries and documentary compliance internal & external regulations, procedures, forms and records. his/her functional role. 10. Able to conduct troubleshooting related to design, quality and related issues and provide solution.
