**Qualification**
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
**Skills**
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work in a team and all levels personnel within the organisation
- Analyse reports, interpret data, prepare information to be communicated to customer timely and accurate
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers & suppliers
- Proficient in both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Working experience in a mass production environment and supply chain environment is an advantage
**Responsibilities**
- **Supplier and Vendor Management**: Identify and source potential suppliers and vendors, negotiate contract terms, and maintain positive relationships.
- **Procurement Operations**: Manage the submission of RFQs, evaluate offers, and issue purchase orders via the ERP system. Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- **System and Record Keeping**: Register new products and vendors in the purchasing systems, maintain purchase records, and manage documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- **Inventory and Quality Control**:Coordinate with inventory control to manage stock levels and collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to handle rejections and follow up on corrective actions.
- **Financial and Performance Reporting**: Facilitate timely financial processing for SST declarations and maintain supplier performance data for ISO reviews.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with production, warehouse, and customer operations to ensure efficient product delivery.
- **Additional Duties**: Undertake other tasks as assigned by the division head to support departmental objectives. Search and source potential suppliers and vendors.
Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
