Overview:
**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist with inquiries
- Provide information on products, food and services
- Upsell additional services or products
- carry out top tier floor services
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Good communication skills with the ability to analyze customer needs
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus

Pay: RM370.00 - RM600.00 per month

Expected hours: 60 per week
