**Responsibilities**:

- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate 3D models for mechanical engineering analysis
- Create and maintain project documentation in compliance with Steelcase quality standards
- Support mechanical engineers and other team members in achieving goals and objectives
- Participate in professional development activities, including educational and certification courses, to remain up-to-date in all related disciplines
- Provide technical assistance and influence peers positively

**Requirements**:

- High level of proficiency with CAD software (Creo) for mechanical modeling
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or drafting
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and work independently with mínimal direction
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Steelcase quality standards is a plus
