**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Animator or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your animation skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and design aesthetics.
- Excellent creativity and the ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing designs.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality, ensuring all animations are polished and error-free.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
- Experience with 3D animation and knowledge of Cinema 4D or other 3D software is a bonus.
