**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- To create, operate and maintain the webpages of the companies.
- To filter and update latest info related to companies webpage etc.
- To take drone video on the project progress for updating on companies webpage etc.
- To do proper video and photo shooting of the event for posting on social media etc.
- To do digital greeting card of any festival for posting.
- To update and keep track the computer inventory and record related.
- To assist homestay sale thru website booking etc.
- Manage and monitor all infrastructure including but not limited to servers, notebooks, desktop PCs, printers, network and networking equipment are in operable condition.
- Day to day systems administration, management of network and internet traffic, systems security, disaster recovery, systems backup and maintenance.
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting and solving network, hardware & software issues or faults, and liaise with external IT vendors from time to time.
- Perform research, provide technical advice for IT purchase, and liaise with vendor for systems deployment or implementation.
- Propose, develop and implement necessary actions or enhancements to IT or processes to further improve systems capability, performance, reliability, resiliency & integrity which compliance within IT standard, policies & procedures.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure system issue, enhancement and projects are implemented as per specification and with timely feedback.
- Conduct testing, implementation, and system optimization and provide technical assistance for meeting.
- Maintain and upkeep of the CCTV and door access system.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum academic qualification in Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or any equivalent discipline.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintain and support on technical issues is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience in digitalization, photo/ videographer and able to handle drone.
- At least 2 to 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Possesses a positive attitude and ability to work independently.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
