_**Job Description **:_

As a Tamil Language Teacher at Tadika Karisma, you'll be responsible for creating an engaging and immersive learning environment for preschool-aged children. Your role will involve introducing Tamil language, culture, and basic literacy skills through interactive and age-appropriate activities.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Curriculum Development**: Design and implement a comprehensive curriculum that introduces Tamil language fundamentals through play-based and experiential learning.
- **Lesson Planning**:Prepare daily and weekly lesson plans that align with the curriculum, incorporating various teaching methodologies to cater to different learning styles.
- **Teaching and Instruction**:Conduct Tamil language classes using creative teaching methods, storytelling, games, songs, and other interactive activities to engage young learners.
- **Progress Evaluation**: Assess students' progress through observations, informal assessments, and occasional formal evaluations. Provide feedback to parents and administrators regarding students' development.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating learning environment conducive to active participation and learning.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with other teachers and staff to integrate Tamil language and cultural elements into other aspects of the preschool curriculum.
- **Parental Engagement**: Foster positive relationships with parents by providing regular updates on students' progress and offering guidance on how to support their children's learning at home.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, resources, and trends in early childhood education, attending workshops or training sessions when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
