**About You**
As an Intern in Procurement, you will collaborate closely with the Procurement team to deliver daily assistance throughout the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. This involves engaging with internal and external stakeholders, gaining insights into the vendor registration process, consolidating purchase requests, and offering comprehensive administrative support as required.
**Your Day-to-Day**
- Handling the entry of purchase requests and purchase orders into the ERP system
- Facilitating the execution of purchase order processes with a focus on timeliness, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Conducting purchase order receipt within the ERP system and generating reports on purchases.
- Addressing queries related to the status of purchase requests/orders and providing support to other departments, particularly finance and the procurement team.
- Collaborating to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and contributing to the standardization and scalability of processes for regional operations.
**Your Know-How**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- Has basic understanding of procurement processes, principles, and best practices will be an added advantages
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Job Type**: Internship
**Salary**: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
