Job description: 1. Completes works assignments according to process prints, work orders, tool room plan, parts list or any other provided official schedule. 2. Set up and trouble shoot 5 axis machines for large complex parts, including 5 axis with 90 degree head attachments. 3. Operating and performing quality checks on Vertical CNC machine. 4. Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions. 5. Able to use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges and others to check his tests or outputs in conformance with quality products. 6. Strong analytical skills and demonstrated problem-solving abilities. 7. Perform basic trouble-shooting of CNC programs. 8. Loading work piece into machine, layout and setting program offsets. 9. Monitoring the machining process, identifying and correcting issues. 10. Unloading and deburring of semi-finished part. 11. Indexing carbide inserts, rebuilding and basic repairs of tooling system. 12. Basic machine maintenance (simple repairs, filling oil tanks, cleaning out chips and debris.
