**Job Description**:
**Your contribution is something big**

Main responsibility for this role is on Warehouse Operation and Warehouse Digitization:
**1. **Operations for Warehouse and Transportation**
- Oversee warehouse FTA Import & Export operation for both Automotive Aftermarket (AA) & Power Tools (PT) at RDC
- Conduct weekly import operation performance with warehouse team
- Investigation for import operation dispute between supplier and warehouse
- Manage internal customer import & export enquiries
- Conduct simulation on warehouse operation new improvements.
- Manage freight forwarders and Inbound and Outbound cost management
- Monitor & provide system support to warehouse day to day operation
- Monitor warehouse export booking and forecast

**2. Warehouse Systems and Digitalization projects**
- Being GS/OSD1-MY Digital key user - POWER-BI & warehouse export booking and forecast
- Being SAP WM Module warehouse operations
- Create and manage warehouse performance dashboards
- Responsible for Inbound and Outbound reporting and escalation
- Digitalize and automate operations process flows
- Contribute to monthly/quarterly digitalization projects

**Qualifications**:
**What Bosch Malaysia is looking for**
- Degree / Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration
- Minimum three years experience. OJT (On Job Training) will be provided
- Proficient oral and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient knowledge of standard software (especially MS Excel, MS Power Point & MS Words)
- Proficiency in Power BI & SAP system is mandatory
- Highly motivated individual who shows initiative and work under minimum supervision
- Able to adapt quickly to and provide solution (problem solving)
- Market and customer oriented
- Focus and result oriented
- Good team player who will be able to collaborate & work with various counterpart
- Must be willing to travel & work in 3PL warehouse location from time to time
