**Job Summary**:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and working with various stakeholders to implement these solutions. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between IT and the business to ensure successful project outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Requirements Gathering**: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- **Analysis**: Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- **Solution Design**: Develop and propose solutions to meet business needs and requirements.
- **Documentation**: Create detailed functional specifications and business requirement documents.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
- **Testing**: Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
- **Travel**: Be willing to travel as needed to meet with stakeholders and support project implementation.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- **Skills**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
